Early Receive Parcel
Hi there,
I am writing to inquire about a parcel. It says here that if I order it now, I will receive it between the 20th and 27th of July.
However, I want to ask, is there any way I could receive it before the 18th of July, or at least on the 18th? I understand everything that you've been doing to keep your customers happy, but this dress that I'm about to order, we ordered it before and it didn't fit our Maid of Honor.
I will be catching a flight back to Nauru on the 18th and I really need to take this parcel with me, because the wedding is on the 20th of July and the 18th of July flight is the last flight before the wedding. Please let me know if my request is possible.

Not helpful at all. Just referred me to a Tech support area where I have to pay to link to it.
The service was ti help with my emails but what I wanted was to physically speak to an operator at Jjs House complaints.

I suspended my order but i would like it to continue shipping.

Hard to make contact via email
tried to send an email to find out how long items take to be delivered from JJsHouse to Brisbane Australia.
Because of covid being a factor that could delay deliveries.
Wanted to purchase a formal dress but seeing it was so hard to contact and receive an answer won't take the chance in placing an order.

Unable to find return address
No return label in box, want to return goods that are not right but not able to get return address on parcel point. No real person to speak to when calling up, no one returns phone message.
Very angry need to return items and get new . If no response by a real person will start legal action.

Still waiting for customer service response. Dress cost over 200 dollars.
Not as represented. Was returned immediately. No response.
Delivery tracked and returned in 3 days. Will be going to the ombudsmen if no contact is made this week

Dishonest
I Bought some shoes from J J House
Item was not as described, contacted them and offered coupon and then discount. Insisted I wanted a refund and would return the item. Used the return service they suggested
Item returned, tracked and delivered on 25th July, have contacted them regularly since.
One month later still waiting for the refund and kept getting advised "we are checking with the warehouse" and "your refund is safe with us" - they still have not processed the refund.
I have no confidence that they will be processing the refund as they keep saying the item has not been delivered when I have sent them proof of delivery from the courier
They are clearly dishonest and far from reputable.
