I am writing to inquire about a parcel. It says here that if I order it now, I will receive it between the 20th and 27th of July.
However, I want to ask, is there any way I could receive it before the 18th of July, or at least on the 18th? I understand everything that you've been doing to keep your customers happy, but this dress that I'm about to order, we ordered it before and it didn't fit our Maid of Honor.
I will be catching a flight back to Nauru on the 18th and I really need to take this parcel with me, because the wedding is on the 20th of July and the 18th of July flight is the last flight before the wedding. Please let me know if my request is possible.

I ordered my daughter's year 6 formal dress around 5 weeks ago. Her formal is in 2 weeks and they still have not sent the dress.
It was meant to arrive 3 days ago. I paid for express shipping just in case and it clearly will not arrive. That's $214 down the toilet.

- No working phone; HK number won't connect; online chat unhelpful.
Ive been trying to return a dress that didnt fit. I contacted them to organise a return and sent it back to the address they gave me.
Then it got RTS back to me. I contacted them and they gave me a new address but it was the same as the first time just worded differently. I pointed this out to them but they assured me it would work so I sent it again. It was RTS again!
Ive been in contact with them and they keep giving me the same address but worded slightly different each time. This company is clearly a SCAM trying to avoid having to give refunds for their horrible products.
Theres no phone number that works and the online chat people are a pre-sales team and are completely useless for anything to do with post purchase. I tried to call the HK number but it wont work.
